Qualifying Ratio -Â Calculations that are used in determining whether a borrower can qualify for a mortgage. They consist of two separate calculations: a housing expense as a percent of income ratio and total debt obligations as a percent of income ratio.
Quiet Enjoyment – The rights of the owner or any other person legally entitled to possession to the use of the property without interference or disruption.
Quiet Title Action – The suit in court to remove a cloud or defect on a title and establish full legal ownership.
Quitclaim Deed -Â A deed that transfers without warranty whatever interest or title a grantor may have at the time the conveyance is made.
