Setup Instructions – 1st Generation Themes

Once you have installed and activated your copy of the REIhomesales Home Buyer WordPress Theme, You will need to edit a few settings inside your WordPress admin to get it set up.

After logging into your WordPress, you will find that under the “Appearance“menu on the left nav menu there is a new link called “REIcreator Theme Options” When Clicked, this link takes you to our special admin page containing a few easy to fill out options to enhance your site and get your leads emailed to you.

Quick and Easy Setup.

Simply fill out the easy options page and you are ready to go.

Feedburner ID: The first field on the page is for your Feedburner ID. If you have a Feedburner ID, simply type it in the box. If you don’t have one, just skip this box.

Lead Form Email Address: The second field is the most important one. This is where you type in the email address where you want your leads to get emailed to. Just type in the email address you want to use for your leads and every time someone fills out the application form on your site, the information is emailed to this email address.

468×60 Banner Ad: The next field is for the 468×60 ad spot in the header of the site. You can paste any html snippet into this box. A 468×60 Google Adsense unit works great but you can put any banner code here.

120×600 Banner Ad: The next field is for a 120 pixel wide ads the go on the bottom right sidebar of the page. This area is great for 120×600 skyscraper banners. Simply paste any html snippet into the box for your 120 pixel wide banner and it will show on every page’s sidebar.

468×60 AdSense Code: Next is another 468×60 ad spot. This one displays on your blog post pages right above the comments. Just like the other ad units, simply paste your banner html of choice into the box and your banner will display on all of your blog pages.

300×250 AdSense Code: Next is another ad spot. This one is for the 300×250 banner area on the top of the right sidebar. Just like the other ad units, simply paste your banner html of choice into the box and your banner will display on the sidebar of all of your pages and posts.

Video Code: The next box is for you to paste a YouTube video code into in order to display your YouTube video, playlist or channel. We recommend using a playlist and managing your videos in your YouTube account.

Analyitics Code: Next is a spot for you to paste a Google Analytics code or any other code snippet for your preferred tracking software. Simply paste your Google Analytics code in the box and it will automatically get place on every page and post on your site, enabling you to start tracking your traffic.

Click Save and that’s it! Once these settings are in place, you are ready to start receiving leads in your email, generating money through Google Adsense or any other banner program, and tracking all of your traffic… ENJOY!
